The hotel was very comfortable, clean and at a nice location. It was a little more noisy than expected. The overall impression was very good for the price we paid. Quite good breakfast and excellent service from all employees .

Nice apartment with the basic necessities. Nice bathroom in size but small shower. Good parking space. Only 20m. away from city center. Near grocery store. Staff very helpful giving the infos we needed to visit the city.

I booked 2 double rooms here for 3 nights. They were offering 3 nights for the price of 2, which helped make my decision, along with the good reviews. Rooms are very basic, with dated furnishings, but very clean with adequate space. One of the rooms was quite a bit larger than the other. Upon arriving we were warmly welcomed and found all the staff to be exceptionally kind, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, with a large buffet and Gino who was delightful, assisting all the guests with their needs and keeping everything replenished. Great coffee and cappuccinos. As other reviewers have noted, the bus stop is very close to the hotel, making the trip into the city center a breeze. Considering prices in Florence, this hotel is quite a deal. The price, warm hospitality and breakfast make up for the dated decor and not-so-great area around the hotel. I also recommend the Stargate pizzeria nearby. It is fabulous!
