We stayed there in October and couldn't have been happier. The rooms are so big, especially for a European hotel. The woman who owns it couldn't have been nicer to us - always offering advice for a great restaurant or something wonderful to do. If you're looking for luxury, this is the place. The only drawback is that it's not a full service hotel, but it didn't bother us in the least since the room was so nice and the owners were more than happy to get us anything we needed. Great, great find!

Cosy little Appartement not so luxury like told in Website but anyway with a lot of privacy and charming view over Florence. In the middle of old town, just steps away from many major Visiting Points.We felt very " home " and loved to stay there.

When we first started looking for a place in Florence for me and my family, I have two children, we were afraid we wouldnt find a place that would make us feel comfortable and cozy at the same time with a good price, until we found Tornabouni suites. We booked it by internet, as it was very safe and easy. From the moment we met Camilla, we felt secure and knew that this would be the best place for us. She was very nice, welcoming, cheerful and answered all our questions about the place and about Florence. The room itself was spacious, clean and was perfect for a family to stay in, unlike the very small hotel rooms. At the same time it was nicely decorated like a five star hotel and made us feel cozy. Claudio, the manager, was very nice. He even came himself to show me how to use the TV one day late at night. Camilla and Claudio are by two words, the best.
We spent 2 very beutiful weeks in Florence, and it felt like home.

This was our fourth stay in Florence and the type of accommodation was very different from any we'd tried before. Not an apartment; not a full-service hotel, but the very best features of both brought together in a gorgeous building in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the independence of being able to come and go as we pleased; the room was of generous proportions and very tastefully (and comfortably) decorated, and the views were superb. The service was exceptional. On arrival Claudio arranged for Camilla to meet us to show us to our suite, and spent a good deal of time with us, showing us the features of the suite and ensuring we had the information we needed in order to make the best of our brief time in Florence. Would we come back again? Definitely!
