We arrived late at night and was quite a far walk from the SMN train station in Florence. We had a room for 3 and was quite cramped and old looking. The receptionist was a lady who was nice but sadly we had difficulty communicating as she didn't know much english. The worst thing of our stay is that the air conditioner turns off after an hour of operation. Even after asking the owners about they place, they said it was alright but it still kept breaking down. Air conditioning was quite a big issue because it was June and summer. Our room was just next to the road and we could hear the cars and buses passing which affected our sleep. Breakfast was basic with just bread, biscuits and coffee.
