Great location, very friendly and helpful hosts - Overall a great place to stay! The place has very high speed Wifi connection. If i could suggest one improvement, it would be the breakfast, not a lot of choice.... although the hosts make up for it by their warmth.

We stayed at 4 properties (all others were hotels) in all in Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan, and our stay here was easily the best we had. Alloro is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the central railway station and bus terminal, and major attractions. The place is clean and our triple-share room is huge with high ceiling! Cristian and staff were warm and friendly and quite accommodating, with excellent suggestions for dining options and helping to book tours and reservations with museum queues. Cristian also surprised us with a nice bubbly for New Year's Eve celebration in the room. Nice personal touch. The free wifi is an essential feature that is much appreciated. Altogether, an excellent choice for our vacation in Florence. We will certainly stay there if we visit Florence again!

We loved this charming and comfortable hotel. It's location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated. There were some very nice touches (complimentary chocs and prosecco left in our room on new years eve; gorgeous toilettries; little pot pouri and pretty notebook favour in each room). Breakfast was a fairly good continental, with great coffee. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return, and recommend to all.

We have travelled to Rome, Florence and Venice. Comparing these 3 accomodations we have stayed in Italy. Alloro B&B easily beats all other accomodations in Rome's Waldolf and Venice's Hotel Continental. In terms of hospitality, service level, friendliness and personal touch, Alloro B&B is the sure winner! We were on our honeymoon trip and were pleasantly surprised when we received a bottle of champagne to congratulate us for our honeymoon. This is so nice and sweet of Alloro B&B. We will want to come back to Alloro B&B if we travel to Florence again. :)
