We booked in here for two nights because we found reviews on other websites that were favourable, particularly about the huge rooms. I think the room we got was the smallest room I've ever stayed in - we couldn't stand up straight in half the room! The shared bathroom was average - ran out of hot water after about 10 mins and we had to ask at reception for toilet paper because the bathroom hadn't been restocked. We could hear absolutely everything in the room next door becuase the walls were really thin. There was one staff member who could speak a little English, but they didn't seem particularly equipped for tourists, charging us a few Euros for a tiny paper map. On the upside, the location was great, right in the centre of Florence and about a 20 min walk from the train station. Not sure that would stay here again.
