My fiance and I booked 3 nights here. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station down a quiet street. The rooms are large, clean, and nice. We didn't opt for the breakfast but it appeared to be pretty nice and its open 24/7. The price is reasonable and the guy that checked us out gave us a bottle of wine and bag of cookies!
Will stay here again.

A perfect place do spend your vacation. In the heart of florence and in a quiet lane away from from hussle and bustle of tourist. Spacious beautiful rooms and incredible host, always willing to help an guid with a big smile. All futur trips to florence of ours has to be with homeinflorence . . .

Loved this place! We traveled to Florence from Venice where we stay at a nice and quite modern hotel, and, frankly, I was nervous that our next place on the itinerary wouldn't even compare to our room in Venice. But we got a great surprise! Coming to home in Florence was a true experience of Italy and what an Italian home feels like. Our hotel in Venice was a hotel.... and this - this was a home!
Massimiliano and Paulo are amazing. You just get this great feeling from them, you can't stop smiling. We got great recommendations for restaurants and some tips about Florence and Tuscany and were ready to explore!
The place is located in a quiet street so you will get good rest on your vacation. It is about 15 minutes walk from the train station so it's perfect.

Home in Florence is good value. It is ideally situated away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and people and yet within walking distance of all the major attractions of Florence,railway station which is convenient if traveling through Italy by train like we did.
We appreciated Max's helpfulness and the interest in making our stay an enjoyable one
