We stayed here 2 nights b/c we were waiting for a room at Fiorenza B&B.

In all, it was clean. The furniture wasn't bad at all - in our room there were IKEA tables in addition to a huge bed and couch and TV. Would have preferred easy access to a fridge and kettle. The breakfast room and the rooftop dining area were great. Easy to get to by bus. Residential area. Andrea was helpful re: where to get the bus and where to get food - he supplied a map with these highlighted.

Our complaint would be: we stayed in Room #3. Upon entering it was fine, clean, taken care of, well-equipped. However, being early May with no heat, it was absolutely freezing!! We figure this must be because this room was obviously converted from a garage.. though well-done, perhaps the flooring didn't have insulation. Even my husband who is prone to feeling hot - ended up freezing too!! The other complaint would be that the bed was too soft and our back hurt.

Other than that, it was run well, like a business. The Sri Lankan cleaning and kitchen staff were absolutely sweet and caring.

This is fine as a decent hotel.. I wouldn't necessarily call this a B&B.

So, not bad, but not great. If you want a great B&B experience, book with Fiorenza B&B.
