We have just returned from a wonderful trip in Italy. More spefically we spent time in Firenze and stayed at Cimatori. Our stay was very comfortable, pleasant, and safe. Valeria and Domenico were very present - we got to know both of them very well and honestly it made all the difference. Valeria made us cappucinos every morning!

Cimatori is a B & B we would highly recommend - simple, comfortable, clearn, friendly, and maybe the breakfast was average to some we felt it was exactly what we were expecting. We were not disappointed and have found a place to stay on our next trp back to Firenze.

Try out the sandwich stand right outside the hotel, go see Maurizio and Roberto. They have been there for years!
Great restos all around. No need to have to go far.

The location was great. The room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, there are a lot of stairs and you will need help getting the luggage up and down the stairs if you have a lot of luggage. The wifi did not work well and was frustrating. The breakfast was very average. However, the location was worth the stay.

Central location, spacious clean room with air con. Lots of stairs but this is to be expected in Florence. The only downside was the wi-fi which was very intermittent. Highly recommended.

There are stairs, no lift. But you are right above a nice grocery and there is a wonderful restaurant just across the street. Quiet night sleep, but you can open your window to the music below if you want. Took my son for his 16th birthday - great stay!
