How lucky we were to find this outstanding property! Perfect location, elegant old world decor in lovely condition. Huge bathrooms,upscale amenities, charming staff and terrific value, even complimentary terry slippers with hotel name (great souvenir of delightful stay!). We stayed there twice and would only wish to stay at The Palazzo for any future trips to Florence. So close to everything yet not noisy at night.Each of our rooms was lovely, with very high ceilings. It did not feel like we were staying in a Hotel at all, but at the home of a very wealthy welcoming relative.Generous breakfast , crisp white linen tablecloths,in sunny elegant salon with soaring ceilings and classical music. Complimentary tea at night in salon with honor bar. free wifi as well.

Everyone who works at this "palace" is terrific! We had a great room and the enitire staff was excellent! It is a very special place to stay! An outstanding boutique hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo Niccolini last October and just stayed there again for three nights this October. The whole experience was fabulous once again. I felt like I was in a private aristocratic residence! The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The Palazzo is located in the heart of historical Florence - it could not be better situated. It is also a short walk from the train station. The Palazzo offers free wifi that works - this amenity was very much appreciated. I enjoyed spending time reading about the history of the Palazzo - very impressive - and relaxing in the big drawing room - the ambience is very palatial. A lovely breakfast is also served in this room. The staff was very warm, welcoming and accommodating - in particular, Serena. I traveled solo and felt very safe. I would definitely return there again and plan to do so next year.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel with views of the Duomo from our room! We started our day each morning with a Continental style breakfast and we were in walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Even though this is right off the Duomo Piazza we found Palazzo Niccolini al Duomo very quiet and safe. Our room had a lovely sitting area and was clean and comfortable.
