We stayed in this B&B over the Christmas holidays. The owners were so friendly and helpful in every way. The rooms were huge and really comfortable. It was a delight to stay as a family and our 14 year old love it. Close to all locations. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of food. this B and B made our stay in Italy.

Location was excellent, easily within walking distance to all major attractions in Florence. Albena went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one, she is also very friendly with small children. She even physically showed us were to park our vehicle for free, not just showed us on the map. Great breakfast made for us each morning. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I am a light sleeper, so recommend a rear room as you could hear guests at a local bar in the street party until 5am which was quiet distressing for my 5 year old and myself. However, my extended family had a room at the back and could not hear a thing so they slept very peacefully. Bed and linen extremely comfortable.

Albena was a gracious host... Kind and thoughtful for each member of my family. The location is great for visiting the big sites as well as the off beat local shops and restaraunts. The beds were comfy and the rooms cleaned everyday. Would suggest if a low key b & b is your style. If you're a light sleeper... Request a room off the main road. I loved hearing and seeing Florence in motion... But not sure it's for everyone. Lastly.... Great, plentiful breakfast... Pastries, yogurts, great coffee and juice. Albena even made fresh eggs for my son.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, gave us lots of advice and we could not have asked for more attention. We were the first guests to arrive and we were given the choice of three rooms, two of them with great views to the street and Santa Maria del Fiore and one of them with views to an inner garden. We chose the latter and it was very good: very spacious and really comfortable and quiet. The location of the hotel is really convenient, and the breakfast was brilliant.
We could find no faults at all with this hotel, and Florence is a really great city. We would definitely repeat.
