While this hotel is a bit old-fashioned, its location just a few blocks from the Duomo makes it a great, affordable place for a few days' stay. The rooms are a bit small, but mine even had a large soaking tub that I took advantage of after almost two weeks of non-stop walking throughout Europe.

really close to the Train station not even a mile, gelatio right on the bottem floor of the hotel, breakfast is fine, but great shower, clean, great locations, good service, 2 euros for 24hours of internet service- and depending what floor you can get good reception, but it makes up for the area, it has a laundry mat down the street and close to a bank and a cheap turkish spot for a great cheap dinner when prices are too high in all of italy.

This is a great place to stay! The room and bathroom were very large and beds were comfortable. The staff was a little standoffish but that was OK. The location is terrific and within walking distance of everything. We loved the piazza too. We did take a cab to the train station with bags because of the narrow sidewalks and cobblestones but it is walkable. The breakfast was wonderful and beautifully served. Fresh fruit was always offered. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We sure loved the room over looking the piazza with the statue of Ferdinand,loved it.The location is a bit far from the train termini,but we had a good excercise by carrying the luggage by foot in those cobblerstone streets.Nice breakfast in the morning,clean room and bathroom.The king bed was kind of hard and saging on one side.Would do it again......
