We generally were not amazed with Florence but this hotel completely killed any sympathy for this city.

We stayed at this hotel for only 5 nights and it was almost unbearable from the first day. The reception staff was far for being helpful and friendly. They treat you like you are one of thousand visitors, no personal touch. They reluctantly answer you questions and don't conceal the lack of desire to fulfill even minor requests.

We were shocked with what we saw when we first entered the room: old furniture, ancient windows and obsolete bathroom. The TV was very outdated with only a few channels (none of them was in English). Bathroom was horrible. There is no bath, instead there was a small shower space separated from the rest of the bathroom only with a dirty plastic curtain). It was impossible to take shower because the water didn't go down the drain and flew all around the bathroom. So we had to wipe it off not to flood the neighbors.

The only good thing was a small park where we had our poor breakfast.

Of course, it's not worth the money. I cannot believe this hotel is officially rated as 3-star, it barely deserves 2 at a maximum.

The hotel was one of the worst during our Europe tour. The only good thing here was that it was walking distance from the Railway station, but that even didn't made it easy for us to find out the location for the first time. The hotel manager was not much of help. The breakfast wasn't any great. Lawn was nice though. Hotel facilities were pretty bad. Television set in the room looked like as if it was bought way back in the 70's. Definitely not recommended.

Hotel website made the place look like paradise but oh was I wrong.

Ciggarettes in the table football table, Broken plaser in my firends bedroom, key had melted tar substance on it, broken bed, faulty shower (20 minutes for hot water) and more. The other guests staying there were extremely rude. One time, we came back to the room and found that the cleaners had eaten my friends popcorn he had left in the room. Not to mention the Italian children in the street out until 3PM!

Possibly the worst hotel I have been in my life.
Please don't get a budget hotel in Italy. Ok, you might not want to pay the expenses for a good one, but I assure you it will be worth it

It was easy to find and in close proximity to the train station. We felt welcome and opted for the breakfast to be included, which was enjoyable. The room was plain and small but certainly adequate. The hot water was limited and I found if I took a break around 4 pm I could get hot water. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was an outside garden that was delightful. And we were able to walk to anything we wanted to see in the historic district. I would stay there again.
