We stayed there for 3 nights. The bedroom was a bit old but huge for the European standard. The bathroom is big and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel is within a short walking distance from the train station. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again.

This Hotel is close to the Florence railway station and at the entrance to old Florence. It is excellently located and has a old charm of the 300 hundred year old hotel (well the clerk says the hotel was built in the 17th century). Its not a grand hotel, but is comfortable and just is really well located. Restaurants and shops are a 2 minute walk away.
The rooms were large enough with good bedding and nice bathrooms. Breakfast is pleasant continental fair but not a wide selection. However Florence is such a beautiful city that you dont spend any time in the hotel. I recommend this hotel, I would stay there again.

Fantastic location , 3 min walk to duomo 2 mins from train station . Probably one of the best standards of accomodation in florence without paying ridiculous amounts of money . Staff lovely .

So close to the train station made this a wonderful choice and the fact that it was also right by the hop-on, hop-off bus stop was a bonus. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see in Florence and safely nestled on a street that was a bit slower than the others nearby. Boutiques and street fairs close by - loads of restaurants and within walking distance of the meeting points of many tours. We were delighted by the friendly staff and clean, private room. Spacious but no wasted room. Adequate for several days while on holiday. Good value.
