The location was great but the hotel was a big disappointment !
When we picked this Hotel we thought we were staying in a 4 stars hotel but we were shocked when we saw the room which was cheaply furnished , the bathroom which was too small and so dirty .
WIFI can only be accessed in the lobby.
Breakfast was also not good and all the guests were complaining about the night receptionist .

The lobby of this hotel is nice with good wifi access (which is supposed to be available in the rooms but didn't work in ours). The location is great being two mins walk from the station and close to main attractions. The bar area is nice although the bar always seemed to be unattended. The staff make this hotel a joy. They are all very friendly and obliging, especially Silvia, who was a ray of sunshine every time we saw her! Our room was nice but the decor and tv a little outdated. Would stay here again!

Loved how cute and quaint this hotel is! Stayed here for two nights as part of a Trafalgar tour group. The shower is tiny! Had no problems with hot water or with elevator noise. We were on the 2nd floor, not far from the elevator. We were waken up one night by a drunk man yelling in the streets! But that's not the hotel's fault. There is free wifi here! The breakfast we had here was not so good. The location of this hotel is great! Walking distance to some of the wonderful sites in Firenze. I would love to return to this hotel!

The hotel is actually quite nice and centrally located but don't wast your time or money in the dining room. It is awful with the main ingredient being starch. We were on a group trip the the meals consisted of over done pasta covered with a spicey tomato sauce that had to have gone bad in the can. The next dish is tasteless boiled potatos with meat sliced so thin that you can actually see through it. It is almost "chipped", if you can do that with pork roll. No vegetables in sight.
