We ended up there by chance, just browsing the town for a B&B and we ended up extending our stau from 2 nights to 4 nights and even got a little discount for the last night.

The room is clean, practical and very confortable. The breakfast is very nice and the coffee excellent.

Over all experience was just great. I will go back there if I ever visit Sicily again.

The owner was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended a very good beach and restaurant. They did take the key of our car so as to park it and dissuaded us from using it during the day but it is true that in Taormina one cannot use the car as parking spaces are non existent and using their shuttle service to one of 2 beaches was an excellent choice.Their wi-fi had an excellent connection even in the room. Would definitely return there.

We stayed at the Soleado Hotel for 11 nights in Sept 2011. The hotel is a 5 - 10 min walk from the centre of Taormina, so is in a really peaceful & quiet location.
Our room was basic but perfectly acceptable. It was clean & had a small balcony which overlooked the pool.
Breakfast was good - bread rolls, cheese, cold meat, pastries, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea / coffee.
Everyone who worked at the hotel was really friendly & helpful.They made us feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel Soleado is about a 5 mintue walk from the main street and tourist area. The hotel was spotlessly clean and Roberto the owner was very helpfull. The room was basic but adequate. We had a lateral view of the sea from our balcony but you had to stretch your neck just to see the water. My one complaint was the shower. It was so small(about 70cm x 70cm) and made life very difficult while trying to shower. aprat from that it was fine. The price was competeitive for Taormina. Overall I would have no hesitations in reccomending the hotel to anyone.
