My husband and I visit Syracuse to celebrate our 40 years of marriage with the consert of Andrea Bocelli. The hotel sold a package with tickets and accomodation and that arrangement was superb. Thanks to Elcin and all the other girls. We also got beautiful red roses in our room to celebrate our anniversary , thanks again, they were absolut gorgeous. This is a very good designhotel. Ask for room 108, it´s lovely. Breakfast had a lot of nice pastries, could wish for some egg and bacon, in Sweden we are not used to have sweets for breakfast :-). Understand that you never walk in Italy , we didn´t had a car so we had to walk to the solarium.It took 15- 20 minutes and there are no pavements, yes we were longing for a car. Taxi is pretty expensive and was not so easy to get. Finella our charwoman, best ever had in a hotel (and we have stayed all over the word). Everyone made their very best to please us and our stay was really wonderful. Lucky me, won a massage treatment and that was extremely pleasant. ZEN Solarium, owned by Claudia and her husband, was a thrilling experience. Recommend their fried calamares for lunch. Don´t forget your bath shoes.

As far as I understand, it’s been under new management since a couple of years, and, for Siracusa standards, it’s really pleasant.
Modern architecture and interior design, youthful, fresh feeling. The staff are lovely, helpful and offer good service with a smile. Wonderful boutique hotel.
The lighting and design style is that of a spa (in fact they have a ‘Centro Benessere’ – which I haven’t tried but looks good), while the rooms have modern furnishings.
Personal highlight, besides the service, is a huge gym (2 floors) accessible for 24 hours, which is quite good for business travelers doing late hours.
Definitely recommended.

A modern concept hotel outside Ortigia. Many intriguing design elements that didn't quite work. For example, the square doorknobs didn't turn and were tough to close from the outside and the reception space lacked any flat surfaces on which the staff could show us where we were going on a map. Good breakfast, nice rooftop bar space, very friendly staff.

Was staying for one month in Dec 2009. Excellent Customer service, Gym, Thermal zone, and cozy atmosphere. The rooms seem to be not big enough - this is only one disadvantage that I can see. Good location, 5 min walking from the see shore with nice lane for jogging. Enjoyed restaurant downstairs. There are also some restaurants nearby. Strongly recommended.
