The hotel is located within walking distance to most of the tourist sites in Palermo. Lots of decent eateries located around the area as well. The hotel is on a very busy side street, what we could call an alley in the states, with lots of traffic. You literally step out of the door of the hotel into the street. No sidewalk and drivers roaring through are constantly blowing their horns to warn pedestrians. You gotta love Europe.... The hotel itself was nicely maintained and the staff was friendly enough. No Wifi in the hotel, or I should say, there was Wifi, just not for the guests. One internet connected PC in the lobby for everyone to use. Rooms clean and reasonably sized for Europe, but the bathrooms seem to be added on, at least in some rooms anyway and boy were they small. That has to be the smallest shower I have ever tried to squeeze into. You literally could not raise you elbows or bend over to clean you feet. It got the job done! Not a deal breaker for sure but some might want a little better. The breakfast buffet was the worst I have tired so far. A fruit drink, cereal and some rolls. You will be eating lunch early.
