I booked 7 nights in this place (with my wife and 2 kids) for 370 EUR / night full board.
It was so bellow our expectations and well bellow a 4 stars expectations that we eventually stayed 2 nights : cigaret butts everywhere, the grass was not watered so it was yellow in many parts, the trees had not been trimmed in the last 3 months.
The bathrooms date back from the 70s, you do not want to have a bath in the tub (some rooms do not have a tub). All rooms form a circle around a tiny stage where the appaling night "shows" scream in your ears every night until at least midnight (exclusively in Italian language).
The seafront is dirty and has no interest, it makes you want to be in the mountains instead ...
The food is more or less acceptable but it feel like being in a cantina.
This place is a robbery. The manager of the Hotel does not speak a word of english (only Italian).
One other thing : the upper floor bannister is very low (not in the norms), so if you have kids, it is VERY DANGEROUS.
They should close down this place, which is a total disaster.
