Let me say that this was a very nice little hotel. It was clean, the reception was great, the room was large and comfortable. The only real problem is that if you are on foot, it's kind of a ways out of the area that you want to see and do things in Olbia. Olbia is mostly a transport stop for tourists and the rich yachting crowd. There's not much there to see and do really anyway, but it doesn't help that this hotel is about a mile and a half away from what you do want to see. I like to walk, so I didn't mind so much, but if you don't walk, you won't like the location. There is WiFi, but it costs 5 Euro a day.
