This is a business hotel in the city centre and feels like one. Don't expect any more and you'll be satisfied.
Cons: No pool, front desk staff not the most enterprising or proactive (eg, when asked about opening hours to local pharmacy or restaurants, they just looked at us blankly and replied they did not know, although when asked to please call and find out they were happy to help -- it just never occurred to them to take the initiative to phone on their own), bed linens quite worn and pilled, poor recommendations and directions for dining and beaches, poor noise insulation between rooms, internet and WiFi constantly down.
Pros: Proximity to Olbia's Umberto Corso and the nightly festival over the summer months (live music, street vendors, food carts, outdoor films -- quite lively! we enjoyed it but can see it being too loud for others as it runs late), generous with toiletries, housekeeping, friendly (but not the brightest, see above) front desk staff.
OK overall, but would not stay in again.
Room Tip: If it's peak season & sensitive to noise late at night, don't get a front facing room.
