This is absolutely not a Hotel, but a HOSTEL instead. If you see it that way you might be able to stay there a couple of nights. It's dirty, extremely small and terrible building, and what they call breakfast is basically old bread + butter and some sort of chemical mix that they call juice. We had to take breakfast across the stree every single day. I've stayed in much better HOSTELS and they call this a 3* hotel, this is something that should not happen. We got overwhelmed with their rudness, unbelievable.

I just booked this hotel on spec after moving from another in a bad location.
They did me a good half-board rate for a single person and the room was small but clean with a nice view over the rooftops.
The hotel is situated near the centre of Olbia, near the piazzas for my morning cappucino and shops for that evening stroll. Also, which I particularly wanted, not far to the local buses and trains. The bonus was the excellent restaurant, superb fish and pasta dishes, every evening I was full to bursting as I didn't want to leave anything. The locals seemed to eat there which is obviously a good sign.
I loved Sardinia and can't wait to get back there someday - beware the season (for extra buses/trains/trips) is quite short - I went first week of June. If you hire a car it would be ideal though. Probably good if you speak a bit of Italian like I do as not everyone speaks English,
