My girlfriend and I stayed here for 8 nights in Sept 06, after booking on Expedia for the accomodation only, and flying on Easyjet, from Gatwick, which made it very reasonable.

It was our first holiday together, and we both had an excellent time, aided by the superb Baia Salinedda aparments.

The complex is in a beautiful location, with it's own private beach, which was very clean and had adequate free deckchairs and umbrellas.

Neither of us drive, which did pose abit of a problem, but Marco the properitor, ws extremley kind in giving us a lift into San Teodooro to get supplies on our first day, allowing us to use the push bikes as and when we wanted for free, and even giving us a lift to Olbia (for free, even though we tried to pay), on the day of our departure.

Our villa was amazing, when 3 rooms and a fantastic view, but was external to the complex,as they were full.

The restaurant is abit basic, but very good, especially the pizzas on Monday, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as speaking some English (even though we did try some Italian).

The swimming pool is small, but perfectly adequate and has excellent views. We undertook a snorkeling trip with a local diving school close to the apartments and found the instructors both helpful and friendly.

The surrounding areas consist of a bigger hotel, with a bar and shop next door. There is also an excellent restaurant about 10 minutes walk away, however caution needs to be exercised, as it's quite busy at night.

All in all I would thoroughly recommend these apartments and their excellent host, but would suggest that a car is benefitial.
