Stefano was an excellent host, very friendly and accommodating. We had booked the B&B for a week when there was a festival right outside in the square our bedroom balcony opens out on to, he let us know this was the case and advised us that it would be quite loud and disturbing late into the night and helped us to find some where else to stay for the first 4 nights to make sure our holiday was not spoiled. We stayed in one of his friends apartment that was also very centrally located and it was lovely. Modern, clean and very comfy bed. We then stayed in the B&B for the last 3 nights of our holiday, the breakfasts were very nice. Stefano puts in a lot of effort to make sure his guests are as happy as possible in their stay in Cagliari. The B&B itself is decorated in a modern and attractive way, its very clean and tidy. It was a mezzanine bedroom and this created a cool and spacious feel to the room. Overall we had an excellent stay in Cagliari and the B&B and Stefano made the stay worth every penny!

This B&B definitely made our trip to Cagliari that much more enjoyable and amazing. The B&B is very centrally located, near shopping street, train station, and information centre, so it was very easy to find. My first impression into Rosso e Nero was that it was very cozy and beautiful. The room we got was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. There was even two balconies that looked onto a square, where local bands performed outside on summer nights and you can watch and enjoy them straight from your room's balcony. Stefano, the owner, is super friendly to his guests. When we arrived, he had maps and brochures ready to show us where to go, eat, and see. He also was able to tell us the in's and out's of the whole town, bus times to other cities, and travel information. This B&B is definitely one of the nicest B&B I had stayed during my travels. i traveled a lot, guess i have never seen such a great b&b. i strongly recommend it, very central, perfect room and price, very nice dude.

Gorgeous two bed B&B - cheap as chips. Stefano can't do enough to help - and is very knowledgeable about where to go, where to eat and what to see. You MUST take his advice on restaurants - we loved absolutely everywhere that he recommended - particularly the little places on Via Sardegna and Via Sassari. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully presented. Very comfy beds and are more like bed sitting rooms than bedrooms. Excellent air con - very quiet at night. Street noise does intrude considerably - with some bars having live music - but ends at a reasonable time. Most likely you will want to go listen to the music in the square right outside. If you are a very early bedder this place is not for you.

Breakfast is excellent - he does a great macchiato if you ask for it. Bathroom is shared but is spotlessly clean - and there was never anyone in it when we needed it.

Can't recommend highly enough and Stefano is absolutely delightful.
