Great hotel-clean, modern, friendly staff, quiet area outside of city center. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bari, I definitely would return.

The best option to get the hotel is taxi, which costs around 25-30 euro. It was sad, thar the lady in the airport tourist information didn't know how to get to airport by public transport, so we decided to get taxi. The hotel has good standard, but we felt that it is a little bit old. By the way the interesting thing is the bathroom in the room, because it's possible to see from the room person who is having shower. Breakfast was included and it was really nice. The big disadvantage is location of the hotel, really outside of city center.

On arrival I wasn't over impressed by the reception as it looked a bit dated so I wasn't expecting much from the rooms. However, I was really impressed by the room, as other reviewers have said the way one can see into the shower and therefore the whole bathroom is a bit weird but I really liked that, I like quirky things like that. Also it is worth noting this is only true for double rooms, in the twin room I had the shower glass was frosted so you couldn't see in.

The only problem we had was at reception when we arrived. We arrived late and we needed two more rooms than we had booked. We where told that there was only one extra room available. However, after a lot of questioning we discovered that there was a second room available but the fridge wasn't working (I didn't need a fridge, I needed a bed!). I don't know why the receptionist was so reluctant to give us the second free room.

The only meal I had was breakfast which was OK, not the greatest selection but the fruit was fresh and the coffee good.

The hotel is not in a great location but the beds are comfortable, you can even adjust their firmness, and the rooms are good.

Well, I only slept two nights at this place whilst on a short business trip last February. My impressions of this hotel are however quite positive. Well equipped modern rooms with all the basics+, that one would expect from a Hilton. It's not a very big hotel but offers all the necessities for the business traveler. The staff offered exceptional service both at reception as well as in the bar/restaurant. Breakfast and food served at the restaurant was of good quality.

I had some problems with my TV as most stations were scrambled, however at an extra charge (rather expensive) one could get Sky Channels directly in the room. Prices for covered parking are also on the high side but abundant parking places are available nearby. One thing I really need to complain about is the excessive heat in the room during the day. It's was a furnace on a modestly clear winter day (let alone summer). The large glass sealed window panes make the room truly a glass house, and the setting on the a/c won't get below 21degrees centigrade.

The hotel is a 10 minute drive to the city centre of Bari and right off the highway. All in all a very good place to stay especially if your trip is more of a business nature rather than leisure. Beware if you're staying in your room during the day though - unless you don't mind the occasional sauna experience when you ought not to!
