The staff at this hotel was the most amazing staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The airline lost our luggage and as you can imagine, not very helpful. Tiziana took it upon herself to do everything possible to find our luggage, including contacting personal friends to see if they could assist. Leo followed her and helped me make multiple phone calls, Franco in the morning also helped...and bless his heart, I don't know the shuttle bus drivers name but he escorted us to the airport and was able to find our luggage. The shuttle bus doesn't operate on Sundays, but they made special arrangements to have a driver take us to the airport, as well as the port so they we could catch our cruise. I can't remember the bartender's name but he was extremely sweet as well.....the hotel itself was very nice as well, clean, comfortable, nice, etc....but without the staff it would be nothing.....SO GRAZIE, GRAZIE, GRAZIE to the entire staff that helped us out!!!!!

I just got back from a 1 night stay (reward from free weekend night promo). The hotel is old, and it is starting to show. As a Plat I was "upgraded" to a larger room, but because I needed two beds, this room has a queen and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was ok, but not an upgrade to me. The room was very dated, with some crazy system were the front desk has to turn the power on in your room. The lights went out on us 3 times over the 1 night stay. Call down to the desk.. the do something then the lights are back on. It was clean but looked very dingy becuase of the age. Was given a "free drink at the bar coupon" They told me at the bar it was only for sparkling wine, my travel buddy doesn't drink so asked if he could have a cola in place of it. Was told no, no other option was given. So passed on that. I was told a check-in Breakfast was included with all rooms, but when I went to eat was told I was on a reward so no breakfast for me. The staff was ok, English was spotty at best. Had to ask for my platinum benefit choice. There is a new Hilton Garden Inn around the block from this hotel I went to take a look at it.. Much better hotel. Starwood needs to put some money in this hotel now! The location is far from the old town and you would have to drive it.. I would stay here again. The parking is 10 Euro a day but is very limited

Nice hotel, close to the city. Rooms are ok, Bathroom well equiped and with enough towels! Breakfast for Italian measures excellent. The personel is great and attentive. We were tired of a whole day walking in Bari (in the cold) and so we decided to stay in the hotel for dinner and we are glad we did! Kitchen is good and service perfect. Also for lunch they serve nice sandwiches.

This hotel has been built in the late 80's few months before the beginning of the Soccer World Cup.
In fact it is not far away from the new Stadium.
The hotel is very close to the expressway that crosses Bari. I suggest you to use it only if you are in Bari for business since the center it is not very close. To get downtown it takes from here at least 10- minutes by taxi.

Another tip is to call them directly as usually the rates you get from the web are more expensive than by calling their front desk.
I paied 89 for one night including breakfast.

I stayed here 2 times so I had the chance also to try the restaurant which is quite good and open until 10.30 pm even if a bit expensive.
Breakfast is great with and also there are several cakes home made typical from the area.

THe hotel is in a big tower and you can see that was built at the en of the 80's with that typical style. But rooms are quite big, and clean. In the batroom there is a big bath tub. Also you can access cable Tv (sky) free of charge.
