We were booked by travel agent associated with Girolibero and stayed two nights in two different rooms in the beginning and at the end of our biking trip in Veneto.
Hotel has a modern style and it very clean and comfortable to sleep in but it is rather faceless and not at all appealing if you travel for vacations or to see Palladio architecture and renaissance art, although it might be fine for business. There would be plenty of parking if you drive (we did not have a car) but rather a long distance if you walk to the center of Vicenza.
Clean and quite rooms, some nice body lotion in the bathroom. Our room on the last floor facing west was of moderate size, had inclined windows, view of sunset and a tube in the bathroom. Our room on the east side was considerably larger but this extra space was totally purposeless (no extra chair or extra furniture) and there was a shower stand in the bathroom. When we arrived the air conditioner in the whole building was broken but they fixed it in 2 hours.
We did not dine in the main restaurant because some very noisy group of Korean businessmen scarred us away from the dining room.
Breakfast buffer was huge including a variety of sliced fresh fruits, yogurts were of excellent quality but the scrambled eggs were absolutely uneatable. Personally, I found coffee and even cappuccino made by order to be surprisingly cold. Breakfast waiters were tense as they expected us to start to complain no matter what.
Front desk staff were professionally OK but distant and cold except one lady (from Canada) who was really pleasant to us. Guy working in the underground bike garage is very nice and helpful. I did not found anybody being rude as some reviewers complained.
