It was a paradise to stay in this beautiful resort during the Easter Vacation of April 2011. We were enchanted by the hospitality, grace and tastefulness of the grounds, the room, the breakfast and above all the friendly, helpful and pleasant interactions with Chiara, Manuela and Mariano. It was actually sad for us to leave.
The location out of busy city centre was ideal, easily accessible and close to everything. The pool and setting were gorgeous. The apartment was well equipped and very very clean. The furnishing was charming and comfortable. It was very private, calm, a wonderful oasis.
We are looking forward to returning in the future.

This is a very special hotel on the outskirts of the city centre. Our unit, a junior apartment, had a cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave so that we could have prepared meals. Our unit also had a semi-private sitting area outdoors that overlooked the pool. Sitting by the pool was a treat after a day of sightseeing. The included breakfast was superb with a lot of variety including hot dishes. The highlight of the breakfast was the large selection of tasty homemade cakes - each day we took a piece to our room to have with our tea.

Perhaps the best part of this hotel is Chiara and Manuela - the sisters who run the hotel. No request was too small for them to look after. There was a convenient bus service but we preferred to take a taxi to the city since the cost was only 10 - 15 euros a ride. Chiara called the taxis for us so every time we asked. Manuela even drove us to the rental car office when no taxi was available.

You will have a very positive experience if you stay at Ca' dell'Orto in Verona

Ca dell Orta is quite simply the best in every respect.The oasis just 20mis walk from the historical city centre or a short bus/car or bike ride gives you the best of both worlds.We have just returned from a wonderful 5 days there and left feeling as though we had all been friends of the family for years.Chiara and her sister Manuela were charming,helpful and so warm and freindly.You immediately feel so at home,then to add to this the appartements are spotless,as are the gardens and pool.The breakfast is amazing and Chiaras homemade cakes are delightful.All of us visiting have worked for an airline for over 25years and travel extensively worldwide and know we can be critical when comparing different accomodations .Everyone of us agreed on one thing-Ca dell Orta has got everything just right and we could not fault anything.We will definately highly recommend it to friends,family and customers and will look forward to returning ourselves,Thank you Chiara and Manuela for your hospitality and all your recommendations and help that made us enjoy our stay in Verona so much.

After a long day site seeing in the city, it was great to return to this beautiful and relaxing oasis. Its well located for visiting the city (the opera is a must) and Lake Garda. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful - we felt part of the family.
We're already planning a return visit.
