This beautiful hotel has many attractive points, but unfortunately the poor quality of the bed and of the ventilation system kept us awake.

Among the qualities there is the very nice little underground spa with a small swiming pool (in fact a large jaccusi), a sauna and a very nice hammam. The breakfast buffet is not bad, and you will get a real italian expresso together with a wide choice of fresh fruits, pasteries, eggs, sausages, bacon, yogurt...

The standard double room was very clean (with the exception of dust under the bed), but very small for a 4 star hotel. The small bathroom included a shower (no bath) and was nice to use.

The downside of this hotel is that it has been very difficult to sleep mainly due to the ventilation system. It was very cold outside (about 5°C) but the temperature in the room was very high. We set the temperature to 17 °C but it had no effect (and of course 17°C would have been too cold).
The last night the hotel staff cut the ventilation arguing that it even set at 17°C it was 17 hot degrees and not 17 cold degrees!
This solution was the worst and we had to open the window during the night in order to be able to breathe... but as there is a night bar outside it was noisy.
If you add to this the small size of the bed (yes, a simple 140 cm bed for a double room in a 4 star hotel) and its so so quality, we could not just sleep well.

We had a lovely stay here, the position of the hotel is great, close to everything yet still quiet, there are not many rooms with views, ours was of the wall opposite. The hotel has recently been refurbished and everything is fresh and clean. The breakfasts were very good indeed, the bar was small and not really used.

Our room was lovely, bathrooms are superb, TV was a nice big flatscreen, but not much in English to view. Bed was comfy, decor was tasteful and fresh, the public areas were especially beautiful. The staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and they seemed extremely happy in their work, they recommended things to see, restaurants and bars. One of the nicest Italian trips we have had.

We had a perfect 2 night stay in this hotel during our trip to Verona. Everything was perfect. The location is ideal for discovering the beautiful city of Verona. Its tucked away in a quiet location off the mains streets, but a stones throw from all the attractions the city has to offer. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were perfect.

A beautiful boutique hotel tastefully done and in the perfect position for both shopping and site seeing, it is 100 m from the main shopping street and 10 mins walk along that street to the Arena, perfectly nestled in a quite corner, an historic building with valet parking, gorgeous rooms and a spa, breakfast is superb quality, FREE WI-FI which is for some unknown reason at a premium in Italy.
Although not cheap it is good value for the quality accomodation. When we return to Verona we will most definitely stop here again.
Be sure tpo visit the traditiona restaurant and wine bar Botteca Vini, its a few feet, down a left turn, that is 100m down the main shopping street. You wont be sorry!
