Good: Greeted warmly, free welcome drinks and nibbles. Location is ideal for main tourist attractions. Beautiful lobby welcomes you in grand style! Rooms were fabulously spacious and spotless. Enough choice at breakfast.

Bad: WiFi was temperamental at the time that we tried it. The experience was marred on the last day by a rather surly manager, who dismissed us in Italian - forgetting that even if we didn't understand everything he said, we certainly understood his rude body language. However, he was the exception and perhaps he was having a bad day.

We went to Verona for a family wedding and found Accademia Hotel based on trip advisor review and ..wow...We had a fabulous stay!!!
The hotel is centrally located, steps from restaurants and shopping area. The staff made us feel at home from the time we check in until the departure time. Breakffast was included and delicious ... The hotel staff even packed each one of us breakfast to go when we check out at 5am...Thank you to all the staff at Accademia...we will definitely stay here again if we return to Verona.

My wife and I used to live just down the road from in Vicenza. Sadly, as it was our first time in Europe, we never spent much time in Verona, opting to spend most of our weekend and vacation time in Venice, Florence, and Rome. This year we had an opportunity to add a couple of days of liesure travel to a business trip to northern Italy and stayed for two nights in Verona at the Accademia Hotel. The city instantly captured our hearts. The hotel is absolutely perfectly located in the heart of the city. There is a nearby private parking lot to which a bellman will accompany you. Plan to leave your car and just walk the city as we saw countless great sites within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was a good size, had lots of closet and drawer space, and a large bathroom. The staff were 100% personable and professional. When we return to Verona, we will definitely stay again at the Accademia.

This is a great hotel in the centre of Verona. The hotel is in a excellent position for a stay in Verona. We had a car but never used it as between the hotel and Verona there is plently to do. The hotel is good value for a hotel in the centre of Verona. Hotel and staff excellent
