It is close to the Train Station and within walking distance at about 20 minutes casually to the Arena area. Front Office does not know what is multi-tasking, only one receptionist was serving the queue while two other stood and watch. The room was so rundown and the tap made such a loud noise, you gotta turn on the hot water to balance the cold water noise each time. Service was non existing in the lobby, they stared at you at such an unfriendly glaze, kinda like "what do you want this time?" Free wifi is available at the lobby, so you thought it'll be nice to chill out in the evening over a glass of wine but hey, the guy behind the bar counter kept disappearing. The only friendly staff were probably the freelancer young blond waitresses at the Breakfast Buffet, probably the Polish or Russian. It was such a bad experience and a shame because Verona is a very beautiful city!
