Hotel web-site has some deceptively beautiful photos of the few rooms that were remodeled unfortunately this is not the case with most of the rooms. They said they will be closing for remodeling soon.
Rooms were large & clean. Bathroom was adequate with one of those very small square showers ledges on the floor & a curtain that doesn't work at containing the spray. Plenty of big towels. Furniture & linens old and outdated but in clean & in good condition considering the age. Breakfast is fine nothing to exciting the usual breads, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, cereal & cakes; standard Best Western hotel style. Free wireless that only worked in the lobby.
Location just outside city wall is excellent. Free parking on the street outside the hotel with a permit they gave me at registration. Be care not to put your wheels up on sidewalk; I found a large scratch due to something bumping the side of the car on the pedestrian sidewalk.
