My partner and I stayed here for two nights as we were traveling from Milan to Venice. We had selected this hotel as we wanted a good, comfortable, clean sleeping place before heading to Venice where we had decided to splurge.
The hotel is on the main road from the highway to the centre of Verona. Very convenient and a nice area as it wasn't too hectic yet the centre of Verona is less than 10 minutes away by car.
The building itself is quite old, but well maintained. Parking was never a problem and the staff was very courteous and helpful when we asked for tips on where to go and such. Our room was a bit small, but never an issue as we were sightseeing and not there to hang around. The interior was a bit old, but clean nevertheless. The bathroom was very clean and renovated, which was a big plus.
We never ate in the hotel (price did not include breakfast) so we would enjoy our meals in central Verona near the arena (highly recommended) or we would snack on the goodies that we would buy at a local market.
There is a lift in the hotel, but it is quite small. Actually so small we would get one person in and the luggage we would send separately. Quite comical, but at least there is a lift!
Should we return to Verona we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel was clean and had ample free parking. The operas at the arena usually have tickets for the stone steps available the day of show. It was a wonderful and memorable trip.

It was more 3 than 4 star - clean but old fashioned and worn. Staff were helpful. Hotel and rooms ( we had family suite on exec floor - 2 rooms with interconnecting door) were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Free Internet wifi in the lobby was a bonus. Verona town was easy to access in the car as was the lake.

Paying for internet is kind of annoying in an international hotel chain. Frankly, this is something that should be included. Rooms and service was good enough, but that's about it, just adequante. Couldn't figure out how to get the A/C working.
