Such a terrible experience I had at this hotel. First the woman on the front desk while doing the check-in has given me an OCCUPIED room, as I entered the room there was one person there. Totally embarassing. After that I had to change room and the same woman couldn`t program the key to open the door of my "new" room, she had sucess only after the 3rd time. On the next day I was changed from my room because they said the room they`ve given to me was booked for that day, so I had to change rooms again. People at front desk are always in bad humor at all times, very rude and don`t wish to help. The rooms are very noisy as well. And the hotel is pretty far from everything altought there is a bus station that can be reached with a 3 minute walk. The shuttle service from the hotel is terrible too, very disorganized and it doesn`t follow the time schedule.
