I was very happy with the service and the friendly staff. They always helped me out with my question. The location is 2 minutes away from Rialto, 5 minutes from San Marco. I was on my own and got a clean room. Some rooms have a view, some don't. Mine didn't have. The breakfast was included and was alright (toast, jam, salami, cheese, cafe, tea, juice). I had less for breakfast in some italien hotels.

Small but centrally located Hotel Near Rivolta Bridge in Venice. Walks in the Venice are easy with this Hotel stay.
Clean and revamped property is a good option for bargain stay.

The only issue I faced was non availability of Facilites of Toilet after Checkout, which I find inhospitable.

What a perfect little hotel! i was in venice for 3 nights, on my own because my boyfriend was sick, and i was lucky enough to stumble on this little gem. All Fava was affordable ; It was in the perfect location (between san marco and rialto) which meant you never had to wander very far ; It was tucked away off the main drag so it was nice and quiet ; The rooms were impeccably clean, and although mine was small (which is typical in europe) it was the perfect size for me ; THe room was warm and cosy ; There was a beautiful view of a canal ; The breakfast was lovely (and you could help yourself to little snacks for later in the day!) ; and the highlight - the staff - probably the friendliest and most helpful bunch of people i've come across traveling. Its the perfect hotel for the traveller! I read some of the reviews from a while back, complaining about the fact that there are only italian TV channels - and as far as i'm concerned, if you go to venice and want to sit in your room and watch TV, you're an idiot. i'd recommend this little hotel to anyone traveling to venice - except the idiot that wants to sit in a room and watch tv, you should stay at home i think!
