This place was absolutely AWESOME. The hostess was incredible, so friendly, spoke to us in both French & English (my partner is Swiss), and recommended a few places to check out while in Venice. The room was the 2 bedroom suite and was absolutely spotless. Comfortable bed, large showers, nice linens, great continental breakfast, and awesome locatoin. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Great Job. I can't wait to go back here and stay.

I was sceptical upon arrival but the whole experience was great. Amazing location, really friendly and approachable staff that couldn't do more for you. It was my girlfriends birthday and they put a bottle of champagne in our fridge as a surprise.

The owner is lovely and i will recommend this to everyone. If i ever go back to Venice i will without doubt stay here.

We were a family of four (2 teenage daughters) and stayed in a suite in November. It was very roomy and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was provided in the room. Coffee was great. More than enough for the four of us. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English and provided more than enough recommendations to keep us busy for the two days we were there.

All major things you'll want to see and do are within 10 minute walk at the most. Very easy 2-3 minute walk from the Rialto bridge..... do pay attention to the directions to watch for the Disney Store and turn left there, otherwise you can get quite turned around. We found many great restaurants and shops very close to the hotel. The hotel staff will also explain where the grocery stores are if you wish to cook yourself.

The last day we were there Venice flooded and the hotel had left notices in our room the night before that it would be happening. That morning we donned our wading boots that were provided by the hotel and followed the recommendations from the staff for where the best places to go see and found ourselves wading around St. Marks Sqr flooded with about 2 foot of water. Very unique experience as the day before we were there without the flooding.

When we return to Venice we will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to a few friends. Only minor thing we experienced was a very weak wi-fi signal and was not able to connect much..... but you are in Venice.... log off and enjoy!!!

A gem of a place in the perfect location-a 10 minute walk to St Marks, and although close to the Rialto Bridge, in a very quiet area. The apartment was spacious, clean and the decor was a mixture of contemporary and traditional-the huge Murano glass light in the bedroom was a spectacle! The bed was huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was modern with a dishwasher and washing machine. The owners were there to meet us and show us to the room, and couldn't have been more helpful-and spoke perfect English too. There was a continental breakfast delivered each day to the apartment -can't say I was that keen on the processed ham or the croissants but still enough of everything else to fill you up for a days walking. I would stay here again and thoroughly recommend it.
