We booked this B&B on the basis of the reviews on trip advisor - and boy are we glad we did.

Sandra and Leonard are exceptional hosts. The accommodation was fantastic. Book the attic room if you can, it's wonderful.

One bit of advice - don't bring heavy bags because the stairs up to the top floor are a killer!

The view was brilliant, location is quiet and easily accessible. Breakfast is amazing and it was a delight to sit at a big round table with the other guests and exchange stories and travel trips.

We will definitely be back!

B&B Sandra was recommended to us by a co-worker of mine. Upon viewing their Web site and then researching them on Trip Advisor and reading the various posts – we knew that this would be the perfect choice for our stay in Venice…and it was!

Sandra and Leonardo are the most gracious hosts and their B&B is just charming. We opted for the ‘Suite on the Roof’ and it was wonderful as we were able to step outdoors from our room and take in the sights of the canals and rooftop views. Every evening, we would get a bottle of wine from one of the stores close by and enjoy it in the beautiful and intimate rooftop setting.

As described by others in several posts on TripAdvisor, Sandra is a culinary genius. She is gifted in the art, presentation, and preparation of food. Each morning we eagerly made our way to the dining room to find the most amazing breakfast waiting for us.

B&B Sandra is centrally located to everything in Venice. We look forward to returning to Venice someday, and staying with Sandra and Leonardo.

A wonderful find. A quiet, comfortable, clean place to stay. The breakfast was superb: beautifully presented fresh fruit salad, cheeses, cold meats, and then delicious breads, cakes and a savoury item all freshly cooked by Sandra. Their house is very well positioned and one receives very detailed instructions to find it. Sandra and her husband Leonardo were extremely helpful. The advice we were given about local restaurants was very helpful. Could not fault it.

We chose to stay at Sandra and Leonard's B & B because they have excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and others. We were absolutely delighted with the quiet location, the welcome and the standard of accommodation.
A highlight is the wonderful home made breakfast served in a beautiful room overlooking the canal - absolute bliss!
