This place is great if you're looking for good value, in a good location. It's easy to find when you arrive in Venice by river boat from the airport (if you follow their instructions), and then it's perfect for exploring the rest of Venice on-foot as it's close to many of the main sights. Quiet rooms over-looking the canal, a decent enough breakfast in the morning, and a good wine shop over the road if you take your own vessel for them to fill up!

Good value for money choice at Venice. 10-15 minutes walk from San Marco Square. Very difficult to find it, in the alley next to the church. Ask someone! The room is exactly like in the pictures. There are only 5 rooms in the hotel (they have windows but not view). Staff very very friendly and polite. The breakfast not something special but satisfing

Stayed here for 4 nights in May 2011. Had a room with canal view. Room was quite large and nicely furnished. Bathroom was modern and very large for European standards. Location was a bit removed from major tourist area, however very walkable distance to Piazza San Marco, etc. We enjoyed being away from the crowds in a neighborhood area and by staying here we were able to see a part of Venice we had not known existed. We loved it!

The hotel was immaculately clean. Breakfast was a bit sparse (no meats, cheeses, etc.) but was quite adequate. The staff, Caterina and Dorina, were delightful and made our stay even more pleasant.

Hotel is a very good value for Venice.

This little hotel is described as a bed and breakfast. We loved the location and the friendly and helpful service. Tucked away on a quiet street with a view of the canal, we had a comfortable room for three. The decor is smart but not to everyone's taste. There is a sister property Locanda Ca' del Console that looks more stylish. The beds were firm but comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Breakfast was modest but the whole package was great value and enhanced by the fantastic service.
