We had a triple room at this hotel, which included a full size bed and a twin bed across the room. Room was very clean and in a convenient location. There were few choices at breakfast. I recommend arriving early to eat or there won't be much left. My other small complaint was that there is no elevator. I have back problems and the stairs were difficult for me at the end of the day. Overall, nice hotel but I would probably wouldn't stay there again because there are so many choices.

This was a lovely little hotel and the girl who attended to us at reception was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. She spoke English well and took the time to speak to us at breakfast. The continental breakfasts were very good. The hotel was comfortable and consistent with other 3 stars we've stayed in. We stayed here for the couple of days either side of our cruise that left from Venice. The location was central and easy to find close to the Rialto Bridge. THANK YOU for making our stay here enjoyable.

I nade a mistake with the date of booking and they could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Ideal location for visiting Venice and would definitely go back.

The location is perfect - right in the centre of Venice.
Easy walking distance to many sights and great buzz in the general area at night.
Rooms were nice and staff were excellent.
My wife lost a piece of jewellry in the hotel and the staff found it 4 weeks later and went out of their way to return it to us.
Yes there is a flight of stairs to the rooms but if you visit Venice you must walk anyway. We are in our early 60s and didn't find it a hardship. It would have been much more tiring to return at night to a more peripheral location.
We will return.
