There were 5 of us staying here. We arrived early & the owner was very kind in letting us leave our luggage prior to check in. Our accommodations consisted of 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen, & a bathroom. There was not a room for all to sit & congregate. We conversed from the 2 bedrooms; as there was not seating available. Everything was very clean. Coffee, juice, & breakfast cookies were provided. Thankfully, mosquito zappers were provided to put in the sockets; there's a lot of water in Venice. The location was good for public transportation, eating, & close to a town square. We tried to have the owners establish a taxi pick-up at 3:00 AM for our departure. The taxi never showed. Fortunately a larger hotel right on the canal was able to call a taxi for us. Yes, we would stay here again for the value!

ok hotel, friendly receptionist, very tiny room for 3 people, very tiny bathroom with a tiny shower stall.Shower spouts lukewarm water only. Only used room for sleep and shower as it was too small for 3 of us to stay in. Walls are thin so we could hear everything that happens in adjacent rooms.
adequate if you want to be central to all of Venice and only want a room to sleep in. Breakfast was ok and service was very nice.

We booked this bnb rather last minute and I am glad we did. It is right next to the San Antonio stop and with great directions from the bnb owner we found it with no trouble. (Orange line from the Marco Polo airport if that helps anyone.)
We had booked the last room available and were immediately upgraded without asking to a bigger room at no cost to us as the owner said my boyf was tall! She asked about breakfast and upon hearing I have a gluten allergy, actually went out to a health shop to buy me special food. This to me was amazing service and I was very touched.
The room was small but overlooking a canal of water, heaven! The shower was tiny but it is Venice and there isn't much room anywhere!
The location is good, Rialto is 5 minutes away and weaving through alleys and squares to St Marks is fun.
I liked this place and would go back, if only for the great and personal service.

Not too far from watertaxi stop, Plaza St Marco, yet quiet area. Wifi is expensive and was only available in the breakfast room. Breakfast was only carbs - no protein or fruits! No AC in main bedroom, and no space to put our clothes away, and tiny bathroom
