We stayed here two nights with extended family taking in three different rooms. While the service of the staff was always polite and efficient, this place needs cleaning!!! Two of the rooms where OK in size, however my sister and I were given a room off the property that was a postage stamp size in every aspect! Our feet were black from filthy carpets, the linen was not changed, and my parents had to sleep with their bathroom door shut as it smelled of urine! We had a mix up in our first reservations and this hotel could take all of us, otherwise we would not have stayed there! Neither should you!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Venice. The bus stop to get to the island is right around the corner, so it was fairly convenient. The room was small but clean. The breakfast was good. The decor is pretty interesting- lots of shiny gold everywhere. Look for the blue hottub in the smoking area of the dining room (which is closed off). There is free internet, but you may have to sit in the stairwell to get service (we did).

old fashioned but nice hotel to stay and visit venice and it is next to the center fo mestre to walk around, shopping, restaurants, bars!

Stayed here for the final night of a touring holiday, although reception area is all very nice the rooms are tiny, had to leave our suitcases at side of the bed as nowhere else for them. Shower was a wet room with extremely slippy tiles and cotton cloths for towels although I have seen these supplied before in Italy. Bar closed around 11.30pm. Breakfast had very little choice, I would not stay here again.
