I couldn't believe how nice the room was. Like its name, the room was romantic and the decorations were amazing. The room we stayed in was small and quiet, at the last floor. The breakfast was really good with real cappuccino.

Just stayed for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located within walking distance to the train station. Many tourists shops around. Quite noisy if you don't like busy place. Very good quality breakfast. So I recommend paying extra to the room rate for the breakfast;

very close to train station. As we stayed for just 1 night in venice, this was very helpful. The room was clean, bathroom was pretty big and roomy. Room decor was little opulent, but hey its venice, that's expected. Neighborhood was okay, felt a little on the seedier side at night, but that may be because its close to the train station. But we were safe, there were lots of tourists walking around outside the hotel even at 12pm.

The best thing about hotel that is very close to train station. It's especially important becasue there is no any ground transportaion in Venice, you can use water taxi or bus (vaporetto) but it way more convenient to walk less than 5 minutes to the hotel. The hotel itself is quite nice it has its style, lots of antiquie style mirrors. Rooms are not very big, but clean and decorated in the same style as hotel. Free breakfast was good, Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms but I think it was working in the lobby but for a fee. To me staff was not exceptionally freindly, but polite and professional. We were surprised that Venice tourist map were not free in the hotel, but after a day in Venice we could fin any free or cheaper maps. Not a big deal, it's a few euros, but this is first time I saw that maps are not free in a hotel. So my only complain about hotel is no free Wi-Fi in the room, but I would probably stay they again because of location. We saw quite a few people trying to naviagte narrow and sometimes paved with cobbles streets of Venice.
