Hello to all, I was in July 2011, only for two days,but it was 2 days of dream. It was fantastic!!!The rooms are furnished in typical Venetian style. It's very quiet and peacefull place.The staff are great, helpful and kind.Finally, I liked it so much. If I'm fortunate enough to get back to Venice I will stay at Locanda Ca' del Brocchi again.

Locanda Ca' del Brocchi is a small Venice hotel – well situated in a quiet but very pleasant area of the city, but very close to the Grand Canal and major attractions. It is within walking distance of Zetere and a number of good restaurants. The rooms are small but nicely decorated. The hotel serves an adequate breakfast included in the room rate. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The one drawback – if you arrive after about 6:30pm then there are no staff at the hotel. It is necessary to call them – the number is on the door – and they will then come and check you in. Therefore you need to have a cell phone with you as well as an umbrella in case it is raining as you wait out on the street.

We stayed one night after a cruise to savour Venice one more day before our flight home.
We booked three rooms and all were very comfortable, quiet and did our job. Staff were excellent, very friendly, and helpful, printing our boarding passes for us and providing a basic continental breakfast.
One problem! We found this hotel quite hard to find so before you start dragging cases up and down bridges, get good directions from the hotel ref Water taxi drop off points. When we got the hang of things we found this hotel very convenient and will use it again.

The Inn was just as described on the website. We had a lovely room with a balcony. It is a great location, although it is a bit of a walk from the vaparetto stop at Accademia, especially if you are carrying luggage. The vaparetto ride is only about 20 minutes maximum from the train station, and it is quite an enjoyable ride especially if you have never seen Venice before. The directions from the hotel proprietor were spot on. The location was super since it was away from the hustle and bustle of some of the more touristy spots, even though it was walking distance from most major attractions. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Inn.
