As you can understand the rooms are small. And this hotel is hidden so beware if your finding your own way to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and told us about places to visit.

Considering all the hotels in Venice are pricey, this is quite an affordable one with breakfast included. Nothing to rave about for breakfast but the location was near a waterbus stop. It is easy to be lost in Venice streets so the street signs to the hotel, accompanied by some instructions from the hotel beforehand helped quite a bit. Hotel reception was friendly and pointed out the main attractions to us when we checked in. Overall a comfortable stay.

It was a trek to find this hotel from the train station but once we located it we really enjoyed our two nights here. The staff was very friendly, especially Francesco, who helped us with restaurant suggestions. The stairways are extremely narrow, and the room was small but it was great for a couple. The bathroom was bigger than we expected. The rooftop patio was small but very nice, especially at night.

The only downsides were that there was limited (but free) wifi in the hotel; there was none in the room. The breakfast was OK but the service was very friendly. The rooms are very close together, so we we able to hear every coming and going.

Overall this was a great small hotel on a very quiet street in Venice. Recommended for couples.
