Hotel locates in just behind of St.Marco Palace, although we lost a way. But it's great location. However hotel staff told us that there is a boat trip to Murano island where famous for Venezian glass. My mum and I were interested in about beautiful Venezian glass so we joined in this tour. (It's free) We expected that we could see around Murano island but they only took us one factory and factory staff's atmosphere was force to buy very expensive glass.

The location just behind Piazza San Marco is unbeatable. We had booked a 2-BR suite for 5 nights through the hotel website, but were given a 1-BR suite through hotel error. Although we had to spend a night in the 1-BR, the receptionist was extremely helpful in correcting the error and moving us to a lovely sunny 2-BR with terrace for the remainder of our stay. We had a great view of the city and the small canal and bridge below us. The suite was roomy for our family of 5, and the lounge room had a large dining area with a small kitchenette alcove which came in handy for the couple of nights when our children were too exhausted to head back out for dinner. We were very happy with our stay.

Hotel has a great location. Our room was large and had a great view of the city roof tops, the basilica, top of the clock tower, and even the bell tower. The room had visible damage (major scuffs on the wall, dents, some window blinds didn't open) and a very out-dated bathroom. The AC was a life-saver. If they fixed up the room and updated the bathroom, it would be more deserving of a 4 star rating. Next time, I'll probably stay somewhere else.

Venice the most romantic city in the world.The trip was made most memorable due to the excellent stay we had at these suites.The palatial apartment done up in Venetian style and the deliciously cool a/c was fantastic.Located in St.Mark's Square the most happening place in Venice Island.The beautiful Cathedral and Bell Tower just a stone's throw away.The Balcony in the hall gives a good view.Lots of eating places and Designer shops just a few minutes away.Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast very filling with all varieties.We will surely come back to this hotel again and happily recommend it to everyone.
