Stayed for one night, not so friendly staff, no Wifi in the room, only in the reception area( cost 2-3 euro for 1 hour)
Food at the hotel, has low quality, breakfast was served to you( I like to find what I'm going to eat my self)
Rooms was not so very clean, but they had smoking room( Phu)
But if you want to see Venice, then book a room at the island. Cost 20 Euro just to drive the 4min from the hotel to the Island. Taxi in Italy is too expensive......
Been there, done that, not comming back

First time we went in there is a smell from the old carpet. Room was large but very old furniture. It wasn't a surprise when we found the bed so lumpy. Didn't get a good sleep definitely. Bathroom was a fright.. Breakfast was a meager fare. Location was not very convenient. Nothing around hotel within walking distance worth seeing. Wouldn't be coming back to stay here.

This hotel apparently caters to a lot of tour groups and as such it's in the OK range. The room was decent but the breakfast buffet was one of the poorest I had during my trip. On arrival there were no porters to help with luggage and the internet was not working. If you are with a tour group you might stay here, but if you have a choice, this would not be my recommendation.

The hotel's location is along a highway and outside the city center of Mestre and Venice. But the hotel is adjacent to a nice park. The hotel's interior feels tired and needs updating. Rooms are average sized and the bathroom amenities are sparse and very basic. The front desk staff were quite helpful. Felt more like a 3 - star hotel than a 4 - star one.

Good breakfast buffet. The downside to my family's two night stay was when we had dinner at the hotel's La Fontanella restaurant. The food was okay. But the evening restaurant manager that time, a Mr. Raoul, and one of his waiters (tall, balding and bearded) were kind of arrogant. We felt that they were condescending and were not too happy serving us. Is it because we're foreigners / Asians? We had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for our bill (even if the restaurant wan't full) and I even had to go to the manager to demand for it. It's just sad that there are still people who discriminate against others.
