I stayed here with my mom and grandma in one of the family rooms. I have no idea where the professional pictures on their website were taken, but it could not have been here. The rooms are so so tiny, there's barely any room for your things. The staff isn't the most friendly. Even when you ask a simple question, they automatically take the defense. Everytime I asked for the Wifi login and pass, I got such an attitude I was afraid to go back to get a new one. (Depending on the staff member, I'd get a different login amount of time???) It was also very vague as to whether or not it was in fact free or not. No one could just simply answer questions correctly. The staff put us on the 3rd level, which was difficult for my grandma to walk up and down. When we brought this up to staff we were told it was our fault since we didn't mention she was handicapped at the time we reserved the room. The entire hotel just looks really worn out, the breakfast was nothing special. I've stayed in nicer hostels...this hotel was a rip-off.
