My partner and I stayed 4 nights at Ca' Pagan at the beginning of January 2012 for my birthday. It is located down a quiet street however we found it a good base to venture out from.

The hotel is small and well decorated. We were ‘upgraded’ on our arrival to the Chippendale suite, which we found to be very luxurious and comfortable. On the downside we had problems with the hot water as the boiler had been off over Christmas and as a result our water took a while to get hot and was generally lukewarm. We were offered another room however decided to stay with ours as it wasn’t a major problem.

The staff were very friendly, especially Lorna who went out of her way to offer us help in recommending places to visit and giving us advice and lots of directions. She even arranged for a free bottle of Prosecco to our room for a birthday surprise!

The breakfast ran from 8.30-10.30 (which was good for us as we don’t like to get up too early!) and offered a good variety of cereals, meat, toast and pastries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Venice and Ca’ Pagan and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location, nice , spacious rooms, very good and rich breakfast in the morning! Staff very helpfull and polite. I would recommend this hotel !

We had a one night stay in Venice at Ca' Pagan and had a wonderful time. Everyone associated with the hotel was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The breakfast included eggs cooked to order. The room was relatively large and very elegant (although the bathroom was somewhat cramped which is to be expected in Venice). The Hotel is a very short walk from a waterbus stop and is located on a quiet street, but is a few minutes walk from a wealth of good restaurants and is a 10-15 min. to San Marco Piazza and Basilica.

We would have loved to stayed longer and would definitely book this hotel again. From Check-in to check-out we we were were made to feel very welcomed.

My wife and me spent 3 nights at the hotel in November. Everything was perfect - location, room, breakfast. And extraordinary staff! Strongly recommend!
