After finally finding this hotel (I recommend using gps) we were shown to our room which was a beautiful black and gold decor and a huge waterfall shower. The staff we friendly and pleasant and the breakfast was perfect. The rooms were small but carefully decorated, they are quite close together but we never heard any other people at all. My parents managed to get what appeared to be the honeymoon suit which was beautiful with a jacuzzi tub and looked out over a courtyard. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Venice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, while holidaying in Venice. We found it a bit difficult to find the place, but I think that is just most places in Venice. .. we're too used to big flashy lights making everything idiot proof. This hotel was funky and modern without being overly hipster and obnoxious. Our room was extremely clean and generously sized. The bathroom was modern and had all the amenities. Breakfast was great, staff super friendly. We were lucky enough to stay on the same floor as the breakfast room where you can get free wifi, so we could connect from the room. Great for couples, very romantic. Many restaurants nearby and very close to water transport - only a couple stops from Venezia train station.
Overall a very pleasant stay with great value for money.

Great little hotel just a short walk from the station and a short walk to the realto bridge. If you try looking for hotels in venice you will notice how difficult it is to find a decent hotel for the price. This is probably one of the very few ones that meets this requirement. Spacious clean rooms with very good customer service. Large queen bed and clean modern fittings throughout the room. Very impressed by this little hotel and had a comfortable couple of days there. The staff are friendly ready to assist with whatever need you may have. If I return to venice I wont be looking any further than domina. Excellent location we walked pretty much everywhere from the hotel. Difficult to locate the hotel at first but so is everything else in venice unless its on the grand canal. Not much food options but you can plenty of restaurants all around that you can try. Only thing I would say is the hotel does not have any decent views but then agin you will be spending very little time in the room.

Room tip: dont try to locate the hotel by yourself if this is your first visit to Venice. Get one of the porter services from the station .. i paid 5 euros to get dropped off at the hotel.

Charming hotel that is ideally located- it is a short walk from the train station (although we got very lost) and to the water bus. The inside of the hotel was modern and clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. My friend locked her luggage keys in her suitcase and the dear gentleman at the front desk sawed through the lock- his efforts went well above and beyond the call of duty!! I would stay here again.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay here. Although it is tucked away, so is everything else in Venice - no big illuminated signs here, but that's part of the appeal.

We booked a standard room and were greeted with an apology that they couldn't offer us a free upgrade as the hotel was full, which I'm not sure was a good thing - I think I would rather they hadn't said anything.

We were shown to our room on the ground floor which was a perfect base for our weekend. Spacious bathroom with shower and enough room to walk around the bed.

Breakfast was OK and it's a shame there is no bar, but what really makes the Domina Home Ca' Zusto is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, you are always greeted with a smile and recommendations are enthusiastically shared.

The hotel is only 2 water bus stops from the Piazza de la Roma, which is also easy to walk to if you have only hand luggage as we did.

We will definitely be returning for our next trip to Venice.

Room tip: We stayed in Room 003 on the ground floor
