Stayed in the DIMORA CANALETTO apartment in the Case dei Pittori when we visited in May. It was everything we had hoped for for our first visit to Venice, and maybe more. Bed was very comfortable, and all the rooms very clean, spacious and nicely furnished.
We specifically chose this apartment because of the kitchen facilities as my husband and I love to cook and we enjoyed making food as well as visiting the local establishments. Wonderful atmosphere in the local Campo and great to watch the ordinary life of Venice unfolding on the canal below as people went about their business on the water. The owner was exceptionally helpful, especially when we had a last day crisis..realising we had left some luggage inside the apartment, after we no longer had the keys. He enabled us to recover our stuff very quickly and still be in time for our aeroplane, for which were very thankful.
Only things I could comment on, would be that a bit more kitchen stuff would be nice for serious cooks ( bigger plastic chopping board etc) and maybe a few other items. But they may be already there, because I am writing this review three months after we stayed, because life has been a little hectic.
We hope we can return someday.
