“the breakfast was very basic”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 15 December 2011

It was very difficult to find this hotel. The road leads to nowhere. Breakfast was o rated. The juice was served in plastic cups. The receptionist was not helpful at all, once I asked him a question and he totally ignored me. His attention was on the computer.I am sorry I do not know his name. I will never return to this hotel.

Room Tip: rooms on the south side are quieter

“Most Disgusting place I have ever been”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 November 2011

U wanna ruin your trip to Italy or just have the worst experience of your life then just spend a night at this hotel. Hope management has fired that loser Roberto who is absolutely good for nothing. Location was the worst with nothing to see or go!

Room Tip: Get a place in venice

“Nice hotel but far from Venice”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 June 2011

Our travel agent had put up on this hotel and we did not bother to check out how far from Venice was it... we should have. Faced great difficulties in reaching the hotel from Venice due to a train strike (Treviso is around 40-50 mins train ride from Venice Central..and another 20 mins bus ride to the hotel). The receptionists spoke very little English and the Wi-fi was down. The room was warmer than the comfort level in May and the air-conditioning was not up to the mark. On the positive side, the rooms were big, airy and well kept. The decor at the reception and around the lounge was extremely tastefully done with lots of Italian artwork. Good place if you want a quite and peaceful holiday, but not suited for a 2 day visit to Venice.... hotels around Mestre would be cheaper and convenient.

“good for budget hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2011

It was good to sleep over. The room is too too warm, and very neat. The only objection to the smell of sheets, and small/none breakfast.

“Great Value, Roomy and Vintage”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 October 2010

We were worried about this hotel as some of the reviews weren't very good, however we were very pleasantly suprised. The rooms were very spacious and clean, however we had a dozen lady birds on our window sill, though they were cleaned the next day. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel which was convenient. You need to get the number 6 bus from the airport to the train station then the number 10 to the hotel. Costs 2 euros per ride but you can buy tickets at the hotel for 1 euro each. The staff were pleasant and helpful when needed. The 'double bed' was just 2 singles pushed together. Venice is easy to reach with the number 10 bus to train station and then you can get a return train for about 4.90 euros to venice. REMEMBER TO VALIDATE YOUR TICKET. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The main positives was the big rooms, ease of getting places and the room and bed was clean. The only negative was the rooms were very warm, no air conditioning it seemed, made it difficult to sleep. For the price, it is a great hotel to stay at.
